Practice Information: 

Practice will be held at Wesmere Subdivision Sand Courts (off of Caton Farm Road in Plainfield). The sand courts are right behind the Wesmere Country Club House and parking is available in the side lot of Wesmere Elementary School. Practices are held on Tuesday and Thursdays.  All players will practice from 9-11am. Warm-up and conditioning will be for the first 30 minutes of practice. Drills are done for 1 hour and games are played for the last 30 minutes of each practice.

First Practice: June 27th

Last Practice: Aug 8th

*No practice on Thursday July 4th, we will have practice on Wednesday July 3rd instead 

SEASON:

Training Fees: $325; Discounted Rate for EVC Players ($260)

Cost includes court space & coaching with 2 practices per week.  *You also will need your own beach volleyball (which is not the same as an indoor ball) and EVC Beach apparel if you are playing in a tournament.

Flexible Tournament Scheduling: 

Athletes will be allowed to choose their own local event tournament schedule and may sign up with a different partner for each event. Tournaments are held on weekends!  You CHOOSE what tournaments that you and your partner want to enter! Tournaments typically cost $60-$85/team. Registration is done online.

AGE: 

Teams will participate in 2 year increments (12u, 14u, 16u, & 18u, and College) See below to determine playing age. You may pick your teammate if they are in the same age division!  Players may play up but not down.  If you do not have a teammate let us know and we will try to pair, you with someone else who is looking for a partner.

Age Divisions:

18u: Players born on or after July 1, 2005

16u: Players born on or after July 1, 2007

14u: Players born on or after July 1, 2009

12u: Players born on or after July 1, 2011

Requirements:

Players will need to obtain a Great Lakes USAV membership to participate; Some tournaments may require an AAU membership as well.

Club players do not need an additional membership because their membership is valid until August 2024
